Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item:

First, your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect or has been damaged during shipping. Products with UN-CONSEALED damage during shipping MUST be documented with the shipper (UPS, Fed-X, etc.) at time of receipt. CONSEALED damages should be documented with a picture while still within the context of the original packaging and included in Step #1 below. The return period is 30-days from the date of purchase and you must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

Step 1.

To begin the return process, please email bioplex2@earthlink.net to request a refund and you will be assigned a BioPlex RMA #. (Return Merchandise Authorization #)

Step 2.

Mail your returned item to: BioPlex Organics, 114 Manheim St., Mt Joy, PA 17552

Step 3.

Include in your package a signed and dated note, clearly stating the reason for your return PLUS a copy of the original invoice.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been opened and used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange consideration.

Restocking Fee

All undamaged, returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order unless the product was damaged in shipping or has a determined manufacture identifiable product defect.

Exchanges

If your product is in like new condition, you may either exchange your item for a different size. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay the return shipping costs.
